The astronaut of our little social media story brought the Series 62-IP down to earth and presented it for the first time at the Light + Building in Frankfurt a. M., Germany. Visitors at the show were the first to test the products and their functions via Apple Home and the new Matter standard.

The brand new products work with Wi-Fi and are Apple Home certified and “built for Matter”.
Apple Home benefits can be used ex-factory, allowing the products to be integrated into Apple’s smart home platform. This means they can also be operated directly via Apple’s Home app, found on every iPhone and iPad, through automations, scenes, and the popular Siri voice control.
All you need for commissioning is a smartphone.
The Eltako Connect app is the little helper for adapting the functionality of a wide range of Eltako products to the respective needs. This is also the case with the 62-IP series.
Through updates, the app adapts to technological changes and advances, making it future proof.
