These conditions of participation relate to the giveaway organised by Eltako GmbH, Hofener Straße 54, 70736 Fellbach (hereinafter called the « Organiser »). Participation in the competition is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
The giveaway will last from 1st January 2024, 00:00 to 31st December 2024, 10:00 and is divided up into a quarterly draw. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.
The participation requires you to fill out the form on the 75th anniversary ELTAKO landing page and to agree to the subscription to our newsletter. By submitting the form, participants agree to the conditions of participation. Participation is only possible within the time period. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the selection process.
A participant can only register for the lottery once per quarter.
By completing and submitting the form, the participant agrees that their personal data will be stored in our CMS system Salesforce and that future newsletters may be sent. The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time by using the link in the footer of the newsletter template.
Subscription to the giveaway is only valid if the participant has completed the DOI process for newsletter subscription and the email address has been verified. The participant will receive a confirmation email for participation in the giveaway lottery.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.
Authorised to participate are natural and have reached the age of 18. The participation is not limited to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of products or services.
If participants are restricted in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organiser as well as their family members are not permitted to participate in the competition. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
(a) in the case of manipulation in connection with the entry to or running of the competition, (b) in the case of offences against these conditions of participation, (c) in the case of unfair conduct or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
The first prize includes an ipad 10th gen, Wibutler Pro 2, Onwall-sz, F4PT55E, F2T55E-wg, F4T55E-wg, FSR61NP-230V, FUD61NPN-230V, FASSA-230V and SWS55/DW-an with a total value of €1854,60 . For the places 2-5 Wibutler Pro 2, Onwall-sz, F4PT55E, F2T55E-wg, F4T55E-wg, FSR61NP-230V, FUD61NPN-230V, FASSA-230V and SWS55/DW-an with a total value of €1275,60. For the places 6-10 each a F2T55E-wg, F4T55E-wg, FSR61NP-230V, FUD61NPN-230V, FASSA-230V and SWS55/DW-an with a total value of €435,40. For the places 11-75 each a MFZ12DBT-UC with a total value of €101,10. ELTAKO promotion materials will be included in the package.
The winners will be selected once a quarter after the closing time for participation through an intern selection procedure using a legal tool based on the random system. The deadline for participation is always the last day of the quarter at 11.59 pm. The draw will take place the next day. Winners will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
The prize will be delivered by post at the organiser’s expense exclusively to the winner or the winner’s legal representative. It is not possible to exchange, self-collect or pay out the prize in cash.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without giving any advance notice and without specifying any reasons. This option will be especially relevant for the organiser for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons if the competition cannot be held properly. Should such a termination be caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser may demand compensation from this person for any damages incurred.
In the context with this competition, we will collect certain personal data from you in order to enable and administer your participation. This data includes your name, surname, address, email address and other relevant information. We would like to inform you that this data will be stored in our content management system (CMS), Salesforce. The protection of your personal data is very important to us and we strictly observe the rules of data protection legislation. Your personal data will not be passed to third parties without your explicit consent. Please read our privacy policy for more information.
Participants are free to cancel their registration at any time by sending a cancellation request to info@eltako.de and therefore cancel their participation.
Any claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the winnings must be asserted exclusively against the manufacturer.
The organiser is not liable for the insolvency of a manufacturer or the consequences of this for the implementation of the competition.

The organiser’s competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any of the provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these conditions of participation.
