4. Cookies
Our website pages use cookies to a certain extent. The purpose of cookies is to make our offering more user-friendly, more efficient and more secure. Cookies are small text files which are saved on the user’s computer and the user’s browser.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements on our website make it necessary for us to identify the requesting browser after a page change.
Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. when you close your browser (these are called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal device and allow us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website (persistent cookies). You can change the settings on your browser to inform you when cookies are set and you can decide whether to accept them on a case-by-case basis or generally reject the acceptance of cookies in particular cases. If you reject cookies, it may restrict the functionality of our website.

This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics which is a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (www.google.com). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods which allow us to analyse your use of our website, for example “cookies” which are text files saved on your computer. The information generated during your use of our website is normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. When you activate the IP anonymisation function on this website, the IP address is abbreviated before transfer to member states of the European Union or to other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases and abbreviated there. The anonymised IP address transferred by your browser using Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
You can prevent collection of data generated by the cookie, collected during your session on our website (including your IP address) and sent to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in provided under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
As an alternative to this browser plug-in, you can click this link to prevent any future collection of data on this website by Google Analytics. An opt-out cookie is then saved on your terminal device. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link again.
The purposes of data processing listed above represent our legitimate interests in compliance with Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f of the EU GDPR.

Duration of storage and possibility of objection and deletion

Cookies are saved on the computer of the user accessing our website and data is transferred from there to our system. Users have control over the use of cookies. Use of Google Maps
Our website may use Google Maps to display maps and to generate route maps. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you visit our website, Google receives the information that you have accessed a particular page on our website. This takes place no matter whether you have a Google account or whether you logged on using your Google account. If you logged on using a Google account during your session on our website, the data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not want this, you must log out from your account before using our website. When you use Google Maps, you declare yourself in agreement with the collection, processing and use of the data that is automatically collected by Google and the data you enter. The conditions of use for Google Maps can be found under the conditions of use for Google Maps. Further information on data protection at Google can be found under transparency, choices and data privacy conditions.

Use of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Xing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
Our website may possibly integrate plug-ins for social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Xing, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. You can recognise the plug-ins by the network logos and buttons on our website pages. When you visit our website pages, the plug-ins set up a link between your browser and the social network server. These networks then receive the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. As soon as you use the social network buttons while you are logged in to your account, you can link the contents of our website pages to your user profile. The social network is then able to assign your visit to our website pages to your user account. We would like to point out that, as website provider, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transferred or their use by the social network providers. For more information, please refer to the data privacy statement on each of the social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be assigned to your user account, just log out of your social network.

YouTube
Our website may use plug-ins of the YouTube website operated by Google. The website operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our website pages provided with a YouTube plug-in, a link is set up to YouTube servers. The YouTube server is informed about the pages you visit on our website. When you log on to your Google/YouTube account, you allow Goggle/YouTube to assign your visit to our website directly to your account. You can prevent this by logging out of your account before you visit our website. For more information on how your user data is handled, please refer to the YouTube data privacy statement.

5. Newsletter
On our website, we may offer you the possibility of subscribing to a newsletter. Your subscription to the newsletter uses the double opt-in procedure. This means that, as soon as you have subscribed with an email address, you receive a confirmation email to your address. The subscription is complete when you click the confirmation link in this email. Otherwise, the subscription expires and the data is deleted.  After clicking the confirmation link, the email address you specify is saved in order to send you the newsletter. You can revoke your subscription to the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can revoke your subscription by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending us an email.

6. Contact form
To contact us, please use the contact form provided on the website. It is vital to specify a valid email address so that we can reply to your enquiry. When you send us a message using the contact form, we save the data supplied (e.g. your email address and possibly your name and telephone number) in order to make contact with you. When the data used is no longer needed, we delete the personal data collected. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f of the EU GDPR.

7. Rights of the person concerned

Many data processing processes are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke a consent you have granted at any time. All you need do is send us an email. The legitimacy of data processing until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

8. SSL or TLS encryption
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption to transmit confidential information, such as orders or enquiries which you send to us, for security reasons and to secure the transmission.
